How to request support?
1. Click on "DOWNLOAD" below.
2. Click on "Connect" and open the downloaded file in your downloads.
3. Call our helpdesk on 02/380.23.32 (option 2 – option 1), or a direct number provided to you (managed services) and explain your problem or ask your question.
Click the "Download" button below.
Once the download is complete, you can start the remote session by navigating to your downloads folder and double-clicking on the file named "QuickConnect-DPEU-7050575059".
